Anderson University won five of six singles matches today against the Mount as they rolled to a 7-2 victory. The Lions are now 4-6 overall, 1-4 in the HCAC and will be back in action on Apr. 18 when they host a non-conference match against Wilmington College.
Sandy Berry (Cincinnati, OH/Sycamore) posted a straight sets win at first singles and teamed with Kyle Smith (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) at first doubles to win their set against the Ravens duo in a tie-breaker, 7-5. Clayton Steinriede (Cincinnati, OH/St. Xavier) dropped his match at second singles in a third-set tie-breaker.
