The Mount men's tennis team rolled to a 9-0 win at home on Tuesday night, their second win over the Saints this spring. The Lions, 5-7 overall, will return to action on April 23 with a match at Berea College.
William Knoll (Cincinnati, OH/Turpin) won in straight sets at first singles, 6-1, 6-1, and teammed with Ian Rowe (Winchester, KY/George Rogers Clark) at first doubles for an 8-4 win. Tony Faillace (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) posted a 6-1, 6-4 win at fifth singles, and combined with thrid doubles partner Christian Gleason (Salem, IN/Salem) for an 8-6 victory. Destin Lewis (Union, OH/Northmont) also won in straight sets at sixth singles.
