Usage Policy
 
All persons as described in the following sections have access to the Centennial Field House facility for personal recreation purposes. This includes the track, tennis court, Austin E. Knowlton Fitness Center, and the H. James and Carole Campbell Williams Multipurpose Room. Faculty, staff, students and MSJ Alumni (graduates) are required to enter the building through the east entrance, near the Austin E. Knowlton Fitness Center and present an MSJ ID at the check-in desk prior to using the facility.
 
If an ID is not presented upon entering the facility you WILL be asked to leave.
 
HOURS OF OPERATION
Facility use is only allowed during open hours, which are subject to change based on the University calendar.
Regular Operating Hours
*during fall and spring semesters
Monday – Thursday : 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday : 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m
Sunday: Noon – 4 p.m.
Summer Hours
*summer hours are observed during the summer break in the academic calendar at MSJ
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

*Sections of the facility may be closed during MSJ Athletic team practices or events.

-if an MSJ Athletic team is practicing on turf or track that section of the building is CLOSED to the public.

In the event the University is closed due to weather concerns, every effort will be made to open the Centennial Field House for resident student use. This schedule will be based on staffing availability.

Locker Rooms
Students, faculty and staff at MSJ may utilize the centennial field house during any open hours. Lockers are available for single day use only and will not be assigned for longer use. Public locker rooms are located on the ground floor of the building below the fitness center. Mount St. Joseph will not provide locks to secure items in locker room, each individual must provide their own lock.
 
 
Guest Policy
For students, faculty and staff of Mount St. Joseph, with a valid University ID card three guests are permitted in the facility. The MSJ host must be present with their guests at all times. Guests must also sign in with their host at the check-in desk.
 
Alumni are permitted only one guest with a valid Alumni ID card. The alumni host must be present with their guests at all times. Guests must sign in with their host at the check-in desk.
 
USE OF FACILITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
The Mount is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while using the Centennial Field House. This includes items stored in locker rooms.
