Casey Bell returns to the Mount for his fifth season as assistant coach for the Lion’s Track & Field Team.  After graduating from North Davies High School (Elnora, Ind.), he attended Mount St. Joseph University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.  During his time at the Mount, he competed collegiately playing football and throwing for the Track & Field team.  Once he graduated from MSJ in 2016, he obtained a full-time job in his career field but was able to stay involved with the Track & Field team by volunteering @ practices and home meets.  Eventually he was hired as an assistant coach to work primarily with the Throwers.  As a coach, Bell believes hard work and perseverance play a major role not only in athletics but in life as well.  In his spare time Casey enjoys traveling and taking in new experiences, attending live music shows and continues to play recreational sports.
