Coach Salyers jions the MSJ men's soccer staff after having built a strong foundation in collegiate soccer coaching through successful experiences at both the junior college and NAIA levels over the past four years.

Most recently, Coach Salyers spent two seasons at Feather River College in California, helping lead the program to back-to-back conference championships. During that time, the team established multiple school records, including goals scored in a single game, goals scored in a season, wins in a season, and most clean sheets in a season. The program also developed two All-Americans and two All-California selections.

Prior to Feather River College, Coach Salyers spent two years at the University of Northwestern Ohio, serving as an assistant coach with the men's soccer program. During that tenure, the team qualified for the 2022 NAIA National Tournament and produced two All-American players.

Coach Salyers' coaching philosophy centers on developing student-athletes both on and off the field by fostering a competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture. Passionate about helping players reach their full potential, Coach Salyers is committed to building championship-caliber programs while developing young men into successful leaders beyond the game.
