Lions' women's soccer drops hard-fought game to Heidelberg University, 1-0

Visiting Heidelberg University scored the lone goal of the game in the 74th minute, and held on to defeat the Lions, 1-0, today in women's soccer action. The Mount had a few good opportunities to break the shutout, out-shooting their opponents 19-15, including a 9-5 advantage in shots on goal, but could not score.

The Mount (1-3-1) returns to action on Sept. 13 when they play at Capital University.
