Lions' men's soccer team registers 5-0 home win against Bluffton University

The College of Mount St. Joseph jumped out to a 4-0 at the half en route to a HCAC-season opening 5-0 win at home over Bluffton University. The Lions, winners of two straight games, will resume action on Sept. 29 when they host Baldwin-Wallace College.

Christopher Corbett (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) got the Mount on the scoreboard just 2;27 into the game when he connected on a penalty kick. The Mount got goals from five different players in the game, while 'keeper Max Hoffman (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) stopped six shots to record the shutout.
