Lions' women's soccer team drops 4-0 road game at Hanover College

Host Hanover College recorded two goals in each half today as they went on to a 4-0 win over the Mount. The Lions, 2-10-1 overall, 1-3 in the HCAC, is back in action on Oct. 15 when they host conference-foe Anderson University.

The Lions were out-shot by the Panthers in the game, 12-8, and 9-4 in shots on goal. Madison Freeman (Wilder, KY/Newport Central Catholic) and Shelbi Benzinger (Covington, KY/Scott) each played one half in goal for the Mount.
