Mount men's soccer team gives up late goal in 1-0 loss to Earlham College

Visiting Earlham College tallied a goal in the 86th minute of play as they recorded a 1-0 victory versus the Lions. The Mount, 3-9 overall, 1-2 in the HCAC, will return to action on Oct. 11 when they play at conference-foe Hanover College.

The Lions got off 23 shots in the game, but only two on net as they were shutout for the fourth time this season. One of their best chances came at the 66th minute of play when James Hice (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) hit the goal post. Tyler Kenyon (Cincinnati, OH/Mariemont) had three saves in goal for the Mount.
