Lions drop home match to #3 Wittenberg University

Third-ranked Wittenberg University posted a 3-0 win over the Lions as the Moutn started play in the Charlie Wrublewski Tournament. The Mount, 2-5 overall, was slated to continue tournament action on Sept. 10 with matches against Thomas More College and Heidelberg University.

Kat Roedig (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley) led the Mount with six kills while Jaclyn Stenger (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills) chipped in 11 digs. Roedig also had two blocks in the match.
