Mount men's soccer team suffers 2-0 setback to Wittenberg University

Visiting Wittenberg University scored two second half goals tonight just one minute apiece, as they upended the Lions, 2-0. The Mount, 2-5 this season, opens HCAC play on Sept. 24 at Bluffton University.

The Tigers got on the scoreboard tonight right before the 75th minute of play, when they scored off the rebound of a missed penalty kick. They scored again just 53 seconds later to post a 2-0 advantage. The Lions had 11 shots in the game, but just three shots on goal.
