HOW IT HAPPENED
Transylvania came to play tonight, scoring a goal in the 20th minute of the game and setting the tone for the rest of the game. The Pioneers scored shortly after in the 24th minute.
In the 73rd minute, the Pioneers put the game out of reach with the third and final goal of the game.
Transylvania out-shot the Lions 13-10, with the home Pioneers also having an advantage over the Mount in corner kicks 7-2.
STANDOUTS
Tyler Schumann and Trey Crone led the team in shots with three each. Both of them also had a shot on goal. Zach Kuebler and Schumann were the only Mount players who played all 90 minutes.
