Defensively the Lions pass rush was dominant for the second week in a row. A week ago vs. Defiance the team had 10 sacks and followed that up with a 6 six performance against Anderson. Once again it was
Noah Hammond who had a monster day rushing the passer. Hammond the reigning HCAC defensive player of the week had three sacks, to go along with his five solo tackles.
Camden Fuller was able to register a sack, the first in his MSJ career.
UP NEXT:
The schedule gets a little tougher from here as the Lions will have to play the other three teams that are unbeaten in HCAC play over the next four weeks. That begins next weekend with a trip to Hanover (3-3, 3-0 HCAC).
