Box Score CINCINNATI, Ohio - The #14 Mount St. Joseph women's volleyball team squared off with #17 Transylvania on Sunday in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference finals. The Lions took set number one, but Transy roared back to take the victory and earn the league title and the automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. o
The Lions jumped out to a lead in the match, taking the first set 25-17. The Pioneers though would take the final three sets to secure the 2023 HCAC Championship.
Emma Sicking led the way with 15 kills in the match, joining her in double-figures was
Emily Pfeifer with 10. McKenzee Wagner led a solid Lions defensive unit at the net with 6 total blocks, Pfeifer added 3.
Erin Androne led the way with 29 digs,
Hannah Graves added 14 and
Jasmine Butler 13 to go along with her 37 assists.

Erin Androne were named to the 2023 HCAC All-Tournament team.
