Dallas Dean embarks on his sixth season with the Mount in 2024, shifting his focus to coaching the Lions' offensive line following his tenure as assistant linebackers coach for the Mount's defense. In addition, Dean holds the pivotal role of head equipment manager for the Mount's football team. His journey began at Marshall University in their football equipment department, collaborating closely with Alex Mirabal, who was then the offensive line coach.
