Greg Bailie enters his fifth season as the offensive line coach for the Lions with an impressive track record of success. Under his guidance, the offensive line has garnered numerous accolades including 7 First Team All-HCAC selections, 3 Second Team All-HCAC selections, 2 D3Football.com All-Region selections, and 1 Second Team Academic All-American honor.

In 2020, Bailie's offensive line contributed to the Lions' #2 ranked rushing attack, averaging 214 yards per game and scoring 22 rushing touchdowns. This success continued into 2022, when the offensive line set conference highs with 229 yards per game and 31 total rushing touchdowns.

In 2023, with the help of Bailie, the Lions boasted the #1 rushing attack in the HCAC, averaging 228 yards per game and scoring 30 rushing touchdowns. Their performance earned them a top 20 national ranking in rushing offense.

Coach Bailie brings a wealth of experience to the team, with 27 years of high school head coaching experience and over 12 years coaching at the collegiate level in various capacities. He resides in West Chester, Ohio, with his wife, Polli.
