Entering his sixth season with the Mount St. Joseph University Lions, Coach Malik Jackson currently works with the Nicklebacks/Stars.

Under his guidance, eight players have earned spots on the HCAC All-Conference list. His group was instrumental in helping the Lions finish the 2021 season ranked #17 nationally in pass defense. This accomplishment stands as part of a three-year run where the Lions finished as the #1 Passing Defense in the HCAC.

Prior to joining the MSJ coaching staff, Jackson played at Bluffton University. He earned his degree in Accounting while claiming the Alex McClelland "Inspiration Award" and being voted team Captain for his Senior year.
