Nate Dean embarks on his inaugural season as the Defensive Backs Coach at the Mount in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and accomplishments to the team. Prior to joining Mount Saint Joseph University, Dean coached Cornerbacks at Hiram College in Cleveland, OH. His coaching journey also includes a role as a track & field coach at Villa Angela-St. Joseph in Cleveland.

Dean was a standout two-sport athlete at Ohio Northern University, he excelled as a three-year starter at cornerback and made contributions as a receiver for the Polar Bears. Dean's achievements extended beyond football, as he earned All-American honors in track & field.
