Scott Raber enters his first season as the defensive backs coach at Mount St. Joseph University in 2025.

Raber joins the Lions after serving as the graduate assistant cornerbacks coach at Baldwin Wallace University. In 2023, he spent time at Western Michigan University as a defensive graduate assistant, where he assisted with scout offense, film breakdown, and scouting reports.

Prior to that, Raber was a student assistant coach at West Virginia University for two seasons, working closely with the safeties and special teams units. He also gained coaching experience at the high school level, serving one season as an assistant coach at Bishop Ready High School.

Raber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Coaching Education from West Virginia University and recently completed his Master’s degree in Sport Management at Baldwin Wallace.
