Brian enters his fifth year as Head Athletic Trainer at the Mount. Along with his administrative and preceptor roles, Brian oversees daily medical coverage for football, wrestling, and baseball.  Brian holds advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine: Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.  He has completed training in IASTM through HawkGrips and is a certified HG2 practitioner. Lewton completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Northeastern University (MA) and his Masters of Science in Exercise Science & Health Promotion with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science from California University of Pennsylvania. Professionally, Lewton has served as an NATA District 1 Public Relations Committee Chair, BOC Internal Document Reviewer, NU Alumni Chapter Volunteer, as well a recipient of the NATA Safe Sports School Award.  At MSJ, Brian is a member of the Emergency Response Team. A New England transplant and avid Boston sports fan, Brian has settled on the West Side with his wife, Sarah, and children, Grace and Eli.
