The Mount upped its HCAC record to 3-0 today with a three-set win at home over Earlham College. The Lions defeated the Quakers, 25-13, 25-12, 25-16, and improved to 7-12 overall on the season. They will resume action on Oct. 5 when they play at HCAC-foe Hanover College.
Bethani Ritter (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley) had 11 kills and seven digs today, while teammate Kat Roedig (Cincinnati, OH/McAuley) added seven kills, two service aces and two blocks. Torrie Whitmore (Mason, OH/Mason) had 18 assists and six digs while Janelle Davis (Convoy, OH/Wayne Trace) had 14 assists. Jaclyn Stenger (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills) added 10 digs.
