THE BASICS:
The Lions suffered two one-run losses at home against Hanover on Friday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Game 1:
The Lions scored three runs in the third inning on a Paige Kieswetter home run, but Hanover countered with a run in the fourth, fifth and sixth inning for a 4-3 win.
Game 2:
Hanover scored three in the 9th under the extra inning rules in which a runner starts on second base. The Lions would score two on a Becky Owens single but it wouldn't be enough as the Lions lost 5-4.

The Lions play the final double-header of the season Sunday at home against Rose-Hulman. First pitch is schedule for 2:30 p.m.
