HARRISON, Ohio - The Mount St. Joseph men's golf team played host to an outstanding field this weekend at The Miami Whitewater Golf Club for the 2022 Stateline Shootout.
The Lions would finish in fifth place overall in the tournament outpacing HCAC foes, Hanover, Franklin and Rose-Hulman.
It was once again
Dane Harker leading the charge for coach Gilmore and the Lions. Playing in the #1 spot of the lineup for the first time this season, Harker would finish with his first top-10 in his still young Lions career. He fired in back to back rounds in the 70's for a ninth place finish.
Seniors
Matt Zinser and
Cam Lane finished just two and four strokes behind Harker respectively. Zinser was also able to card back to back numbers in the 70's. Brad Maller and
Aaron Palmisano rounded out the teams lineup this weekend.
