DELAWARE, Ohio - On Saturday, April 16th your Mount St. Joseph University Lions traveled to Ohio Wesleyan to compete in the All-Ohio Championships. The Lions had seven athletes compete including 
Chase Samples, 
Justin Dreyling, 
Matthew Briedis, 
Decklan Brophy, 
Matt Obert, 
Kelvin Nkansah, and 
Hannah Keith. 
Justin Dreyling was the star of the show for the Lions on Saturday. Dreyling was the only event winner for the Lions over the weekend winning the Triple Jump with a jump of 13.59M. Dreyling wasn't done yet as he also was the runner-up in Long Jump with a jump of 6.83M. 
Kelvin Nkansah wasn't far behind Dreyling as he placed 9th in the Long Jump with a jump of 6.13M. 
Freshman 
Hannah Keith was successful for the Lions. Keith finished 11th in the 200M Dash with a time of 27.17s but found more success in the 400M. Keith was the runner-up and finished with a time of 1:01.38. Senior 
Chase Samples also competed in the 200M and 400M and just missed the podium. Samples ran the 200M Dash in 22.86s placing 11th and ran the 400M Dash in 50.86s earning 5th place. Finally, Sophomore 
Matthew Briedis found success in Discus. Briedis finished 7th in the event with a throw of 37.28M. 
UP NEXT: Your Mount St. Joseph University Lions are back in action this Saturday, April 23rd, hosting the Mount St. Joseph Invitational. Senior Recognition is set to begin at 11am, while field events begin at 11:30am and track events to begin at 1pm. The seniors to be recognized are 
Emma Roth, Haley Carrier, Caitie Biehle, 
Emily Salmons, 
John Schonauer, 
Sean Stevie, and
