Dreyling Earns All-American Status, Places 4th at NCAA DIII Nationals

GENEVA, Ohio - On Saturday, May 28th Sophomore Justin Dreyling of the Mount St. Joseph University Track and Field team became an All-American by placing 4th at the NCAA DIII Track and Field Nationals. Dreyling broke his own record for the 4th time this season setting the new Mount St. Joseph Men's Triple Jump record at 15.09m. 

Dreyling fouled his first attempt but bounced back nicely jumping a PR at the time, 14.85m. Dreyling would improve in his third attempt jumping 14.93m moving into 6th place. After cutting the field in half Dreyling would get three more attempts. He would foul the first two attempts, falling to 7th place. But, Dreyling would jump his furthest yet shooting up the leader board with a jump of 15.09m gaining 4th place. 

Dreyling has made MSJ history in just his Sophomore campaign. He ends the season an All-American holding the top 5 Triple Jump marks in Mount St. Joseph history. Congratulations on a terrific season!
