CINCINNATI, Ohio – Over the weekend, the Mount St. Joseph men's soccer team hosted Anderson University in their second HCAC match of the season. Both teams' defenses were rock solid in the first half; the Lions back-line was able to limit Anderson to just three total shots and keep the clean sheet through the first 45 minutes.
The Ravens would come out hot out of the break. They were able to take the lead with a counter attack goal in the first five minutes of the second half. Anderson extended their lead to two right at the 70
th minute mark, and they would see out the rest of the game leading by two goals to nil.
UP NEXT: The Ravens handed MSJ their first conference loss of the season, but the Lions will look to bounce back on Wednesday where Berea will travel to Schueler Field for another HCAC duel.
