CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) has announced the 2025 Winter honorees for the Tom Bohlsen Academic All-HCAC list. Academic All-Conference selections have at least a cumulative 3.5 GPA and are varsity athletes.
16 Mount St. Joseph University student-athletes have earned this honor, joining the 44 student-athletes recognized after the fall season. The Mount was represented by members of the men's basketball, women's basketball, indoor men's track and field and women's indoor track and field teams. Of the eligible student-athletes who are members of those teams, 50% of MSJ student-athletes met the requirements required for inclusion on the list.
The cumulative GPA is the student-athletes GPA at the end of the semester preceding the end of the fall season. The student-athlete must have completed the equivalent of a full academic year and must be a full-time enrolled student at the institution to be eligible for the Academic All-Conference award.
The Winter 2025 HCAC All-Academic list features 391 athletes from the 10 member institutions and showcases student athletes from the Winter HCAC sports of Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field, Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving, men's and women's soccer, and women's volleyball.
The award is named after Tom Bohlsen, who served as the HCAC's first commissioner from 1998 to 2008.
