CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Mount St. Joseph University football team heads into the 2025 season looking for their fourth consecutive Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship. They will kick off the 2025 season on the road, traveling to New Concord, Ohio to take on Muskingum University on September 6. They'll return to Cincinnati the following week to host Aurora University on September 13 at Schueler Field.
On September 20, the Lions head to Holland, Michigan to face Hope College in the HCAC/MIAA Crossover Event. After a bye in Week 4, they begin their pursuit of a another HCAC title by hosting Anderson University on October 4.
October continues with a home matchup against Hanover College on October 11, followed by a road trip to Bluffton on October 18. The Lions will then return home to celebrate Homecoming with a game against Franklin College on October 25.
To begin November, the Lions step out of conference play for a road game against Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio on November 1. The final home game of the regular season is set for November 8, when they host the Manchester Spartans.
The regular season concludes on November 15 in Terre Haute, Indiana, where the Lions face off against Rose-Hulman in a highly anticipated rematch — a matchup that has determined the HCAC champion each of the past three seasons.
