THE BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lions got out to a slow start, scoring just 7 points in the first quarter. Meredith Hartfiel helped keep the game close in the second quarter with a three pointer with 1 minute left in the second quarter. The Lions trailed 29-22 going into halftime.

Erica Walsh made a layup with 4 minutes on the clock in the fourth quarter, bringing the score to 59-40. DePauw ended the game on a 9-2 run to put the Lions away.

DePauw's Maya Howard led both teams with 16 points.

STANDOUTS
Hartfield led the team in scoring with 10 points. Bristyl Webb had 9 points and 3 assists. Ciera Phillips had 7 points and 8 rebounds.
