Box Score DELHI, Ohio -- Mount St. Joseph came out and took an early lead against the Quakers of Earlham, as they were able to convert on several close shots to begin the game.  After the first quarter of play, Earlham had brought the game back and tied it at 15-15.  The second quarter proved to be just as evenly matched as the first, as Earlham took a 34-33 lead into the locker room at halftime.  Down the stretch the game remained close, with the Lions and Quakers scoring their points in two different ways.  Earlham was able to knock down 11 three-point baskets while Mount St. Joseph was able to get into the paint and score the majority of their points from inside the arc.
GAME NOTES
- Emily Townsend (Dillsboro, IN / South Dearborn) was huge for the Lions off the bench.  She led all scorers with 18 points while shooting 8-12 from the field.
- Krystal Wannemacher (Payne, OH / Wayne Trace) was second on the team, registering 13 points on a perfect night from behind the three-point line (2-2).  She also led the Lions with 8 rebounds.
- The Lions forced 15 turnovers in their effort against Earlham.
