Mount women's lacrosse team loses MWLC home game to Carthage College

Carthage College jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the first half, and by a 15-3 advantage at the intermission, en route to a 19-5 MWLC win today against the Lions. The Mount, 1-13 overall, 0-6 in the conference, will conclude their season conference play on Apr. 17 when they host Concordia (WI) University.

The Mount got goals today from Amanda Holmes (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills), who scored three times; and Chrissy O'Hara (Cincinnati, OH/Mercy), who talled two goals. Paige Apel (Cincinnati, OH/Seton) had 19 saves in goal for the Lions.
