The Lions end the 2011 season with a 10-7 mark.

Three different Lions' scorers got their team out to their 3-0 advantage, only to see host Adrian, the top seed in the four-team tournament, bounce back and knot the score at 3-all. Adrian held a 12-8 advantage at the half, and limited the Mount to just two, second half goals, and 18 shots. Adrian College found the back of the net three times in the third quarter and four times in the final quarter, as they went on to record their 15th win of the season in 17 games.

Mike Murphy (Crestwood, KY/South Oldham) had three goals for the Mount, while teammates Will McClanahan (Cincinnati, OH/Madeira), Cory Wojciechowski (LasVegas, NV/Community College East), and Ryan Gallagher (Chicago, IL/St. Rita) each scored two goals.
