How It Happened:
Mount St. Joseph drops conference match to Rose-Hulman, at the Harrington Center. While a straight set defeat make look disheartening the match was much closer than the score might indicate. With the Lions losing each set by less than 4 points.
In game one the Lions played the Engineers very tough to the tune of a 26-24 loss. Game 2 was also very close the score 25-21. The third and final game saw the Lions ahead late in the game, but they were unable to close out Rose. Ending up falling 25-22 in the match clinching game.
Standouts:
Lynsee Spatz had a solid game in the setter position, charting 29 assists and a kill.
Briana Looney and Cailey Plemons led the way on the attack for the Lions combining for 15 kills on 40 attempts.

The Lions play host to Hanover College on Wednesday, the game is schedule for a 7:00 pm start in the Harrington Center.
