THE BASICS
 The Lions (7-14, 6-8 HCAC) fall to Rose-Hulman (18-3, 12-2 HCAC) 62-32. The Lions remain in fifth place in the race to earn a spot in the HCAC tournament, which takes the top six teams.
HOW IT HAPPENED
 Rose-Hulman jumped out to a first quarter lead 21-5. Meredith Hartfiel scored the only field goal of the quarter for the Lions with a three pointer. 
Erica Walsh came out strong in the second quarter, scoring 6 points. The Lions trailed Rose-Hulman 35-14 at halftime. 
Ciera Phillips and Walsh kept the Lions going in the second half of the game but the Lions never held the lead. 
STANDOUTS
 Walsh and Phillips led the Lions with a total of 9 points and Phillips had 5 rebounds. Lainee Studer followed with 6 points and 2 rebounds.
