CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Mount St. Joseph wrestling program finally hosted their first home dual off the season on Friday as they welcomed the Otterbein Cardinals into the Harrington Center.
Dakota Phillips got the Lions on the board with a dual opening win at 125lbs. Phillips scored four points with a 10-1 major decision.
The Lions would eventually race out to a 12-0 dual lead after securing wins at 133 and 141. At 133 it was
Baron Miller with the 7-3 decision win, and at 141
Cahiel Linton earned the team five points with a 20-2 tech-fall victory.
From that point though Otterbein would not drop a match in route to a 32-12 dual win.
